hard to reach via email due to 2 or more of the following having a synergistic interaction:
email address has propensity to be mistyped by potential senders
email address has propensity to be misremembered by potential senders
email address is directed to account which is never checked by intended recipient
email address is not matching the pattern of emails for the context in which it is used
email address is directed to someone who is quiet and easy to get along with
any other attribute which may cause difficulty in reach-ability via email
